Please be aware that the scheduling function on ChargePoint Home Flex chargers is not 100% reliable. We strongly recommend physically unplugging your vehicle during on-peak hours. If there is any on-peak charging, accidental or intentional, you will not receive your bill credit for that billing period.

Configure Your Notifications

ChargePoint can inform you about upcoming peak events by email, text, and app push notifications. To configure your notifications in the ChargePoint app:

  • Click “Account” at the bottom right
  • Click “Notifications”
  • At the bottom of the following screen you will see “Notify Me By.” Select the methods by which you would like to be notified.
