- Summary
- Removal of old HVAC system and install new system
2 Scope of Work
- Remove and dispose of 2 existing condensing units and air
- Furnish an install primary heating/cooling system (2) 24,000 BTU multi-zone cold climate heat pump with (2) each 12,000 BTU ceiling cassettes. Please provide equipment make/model quoting.
- Place condenser units on existing pads if possible
- Furnish and install (1) 9,000 BTU mini split heat pump w/ (1) 9,000 BTU ceiling cassette in Conference
- Furnish and install 200 CFM multi-speed remotely controllable ERV in ceiling and duct to each ceiling cassette for supply and tie to existing return duct in ceiling for
- Furnish and install wired wall controllers for ceiling
- Upgrade electrical and for 3 condensing units use existing shut off if
- Start and test new systems for proper
- Replace any ceiling tile that needs it
- BED will supply scrap metal & debris dumpsters
