The City of Burlington Electric Department invites proposals for installing heat pump(s) to serve multiple spaces within McNeil Station.
A. Summary
The offices and breakroom area within McNeil Station require a new HVAC installation.
Physical and other constraints favor ductless mini-split heat pump technology as the
solution. The installation will be multi-zone, with 5-10 heads likely installed for the optimal
solution. The compressor/condenser unit will be mounted on the office rooftop that is
directly above all spaces to be served. There is an existing 480V 3-phase service available.
B. Scope of Work
The scope of work for the vendor includes specification and procurement of hardware as well as all stages of installation to achieve a finished, turnkey system ready for immediate
use
