The City of Burlington Electric Department invites proposals for upgrades to the fuel transfer pump and manifold at the Gas Turbine generating station.
Summary
The existing fuel transfer pump for loading in fuel from delivery trucks requires replacement. Additionally, some updates to the fuel transfer manifold are required.
Scope of Work
The scope of this project includes an updated manifold design, including new motor+pump assembly, and added valves to improve versatility for taking on fuel from trucks with or without built-in transfer pump.

A site visit is mandatory prior to the award of the project contract. The date of the site visit is May 12, 2026, 10 am per the Proposed Schedule in Section IV. Technical Proposal
