I consent to the release of my energy usage information for the limited purpose of providing information about my usage to third parties, such as landlords, prospective tenants, potential purchasers of the property, or others. I understand that the Vermont Public Service Board requires that Burlington Electric Department keep my electrical usage information confidential under most circumstances, unless I authorize its release. I further understand that the Burlington Electric Department will release only energy usage information and will not release my name, the names of tenants, account numbers, contact information, or other identifying information because of my signing this consent form, unless I specify otherwise. I understand that I can revoke this consent at any time by contacting Burlington Electric Department and requesting the cancellation of this consent form.
