Cancel Your Service

Please plan two weeks ahead of time to schedule a time for having your electric service disconnected or reconnected. To stop your service please let us know the date you want the electricity shut off (Monday through Friday).

  • New Service or terminations cannot take place the same day your request is made.
  • Please do not submit this form more than two weeks before your termination date.
  • We terminate by 8am on the date you request. No weekends or holidays.

Your forwarding address is requested when you stop service, so that you receive a final bill or a possible refund on your account.

You will need the following information from your most recent electric bill.

Regular Customer Care hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm (drive-thru until 5pm).
